Jeff
Kelley provides advisory and consultancy services to innovators
in public, non-profit and private sectors. He works with clients
to enhance strategic effectiveness, improve operating performance
and increase shareholder value. He has in-depth expertise
in services management, organizational transformation, enterprise
development, and applications of distributed, open architecture
software. Jeff has extensive experience in software development,
finance, management, international wholesale banking, learning
research, and consulting.
His
current work focuses on the dynamics of value drivers in complex
organizations, particularly as contributors to sustained high
performance and value creation. He is applying principles
of retention economics, value-based management and generative
learning in developing innovative methods for measuring and
optimizing value driver performance.
Over
the past twenty years he has led Change Programs in which
financial services businesses were transformed into high quality,
high productivity market leaders generating substantial business
growth and superior net operating margins. He has managed
diverse projects, ranging from international financial services
to digital home shopping, in the United States, Turkey, Mexico,
Greece, Ecuador, England and Venezuela. His client management
responsibilities include relationships with Global 2000 market
leaders, consultancy firms and research organizations. He
holds an BA degree (magna cum laude) from Boston College in
History.
